Capture Workstation is developed and published by Faison Digital Works, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how Capture Workstation handles information when you use the application.
Capture Workstation does not require a user account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with Faison Digital Works, LLC.
The application enables users to capture screen content and perform editing, annotation, saving, and export functions. Screen captures, images, annotations, and exported files remain under the user's control and are not automatically transmitted to Faison Digital Works, LLC.
The application may access files and folders selected by the user for the purpose of opening, editing, saving, or exporting images. It does not independently scan or upload unrelated files from your device.
Capture Workstation does not use its desktop permissions to collect personal information, run undisclosed background services, or perform actions without user initiation.
The application contains no third-party advertising and does not employ behavioral tracking or advertising analytics tools.
Microsoft Store transactions are handled by Microsoft under its own terms. Faison Digital Works, LLC does not receive payment card information.
Capture Workstation does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
Messages sent through our support form are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Each message includes what you type, plus your IP address, which Web3Forms records to prevent spam. We use this only to reply to you. It is not added to any mailing list, sold, or shared.
This policy may be updated if the application's features or practices change. The current version is always published on this page.
